Orders, pricing & payment

Shipping

Dispatch and delivery are covered in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Free shipping applies to orders over $100.

Returns

Due to the nature of research chemicals, products cannot be returned once dispatched, except where an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issue with your order.
